Review of China’s history in recent one hundred years indicates that opening-up policy is correct,necessary and fitting for objective law.It not only has played an important role in modern Chinese history but also is a China’s sustainable economic development tool and an important force to promote the stabilized development of the society.According to the characteristics of opening-up,this article divides the one hundred years into three phases: 1840—1992 is the "run-in period" of China and the world,1992—2001 is the "honeymoon period" of China and the world and 2001 to the present is "friction period" of China and the world.Through studying China’s opening-up road with the up and down of the globalization,only implementing reform and opening-up policy,can China have the road to develop.
