Qianlong,an Emperor of Qing Dynasty,decreed the compilation of SiKuQuanShu,which was considered the great contribution in cultural history of China and which collected and recorded nationwide books.These recorded books were the intellectual achievements of all eras.Bayu is located in the southwest and still made certain contribution to the compilation process of SiKuQuanShu though the number of scholars of Bayu are fewer than Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui.The analysis of Bayu officals,Bayu people offering books and the recorded books written by Bayu authors in SiKuQuanShu is helpful to developing the local historic resources in Bayu to enrich the regional multiculture about the compilation of SiKuQuanShu.
