Paradigm is the frame of theory and the way by which people can recognize the objective thing. It symbols the recognition of people that has reached a new state when a new paradigm emerges. But there is incommensurable between the paradigm of the new and the old. Deng-Xiaoping’s Theory has realized the transformation of socialist paradigm by series of new theories, concepts and ways. When we implement the concepts of scientific development and construct socialist harmonious society under the guidance of the new paradigm, in fact, we are exploring a road of socialist practice in a new paradigm.
