The rights and duties of guardians are the core contents in adult guardianship system.However,the overall and systematic regulations concerning the aspect are still lacked.The legislative measures should be adopted to specify the rights enjoyed by the guardians consisting of guardianship against personal injury and property infringement towards adults under guardianship,agency in civil behaviors and civil procedural acts,remuneration rights,rights to resign from or decline to accept the position.
