Since the question of China's constitutionalism was raised in the late 19th and early 20th century,Liang Qichao in earlier time observed that Constitutionalism as a system civilization should be inseparable from corresponding virtue.He advocated that national's traditional virtue should be remodeled,which has laid the humanistic foundation for the modern transformation of the traditional politics.
