Since January 1,2009,the fuel tax has been imposed throughout China.As the fuel tax reform is crucial and is associated with the majority of Chinese enterprises,families and people's daily life,this paper makes rapid tracing survey on its implementation effect,on the one hand,the survey report is the feedback of the implementation of this important reform,on the other hand,we may hope that the reflection of the masses and analysis of the reality may provide solution to the problems in the process of the implementation of fuel tax reform.
