In view of the China's current status of radio and television media industry, and the problems and confusion in the course of job hunting of the college graduates, the author points out the problems in the existing educational system and the structure of subjects, proposes the modern scientific framework for broadcasting education and the criteria of talent selection through the objective analysis of professional education on the current broadcasting. Narrowing the scale and improving the quality of new students and setting up classified laboratories as the core of China's education system is the basic path to solve the fundamental problems of professional education in broadcasting. Education should meet the needs of society and serve the society ultimately.
