Currently, nationality culture is faced to be marginalized, however, using nationality culture as tourism resources development can promote tourism industry development in nationality areas and is helpful to carry on and propagate nationality culture. But single development of tourism resources in nationality areas has high cost and is short of attraction, so the tourism resources should be systematically developed, for example, taking drainage basin as ligament and so on. This paper, in detail, discusses the development of Youshui Tourism Zone and especially clarifies Culture Theme of this Zone and Culture Theme of individual tourism points and their connection.
