Under the leadership of scientific development outlook,this paper analyzes different roles of three carriages such as investment,export and consumption in driving economic growth,highlights that resident consumption demand is an important factor to realize stable and fast development of economy,points out the status quo and the cause of lower resident consumption and gives effective measures for enlarging resident consumption.
