    摘要:

    随着“晒工资”现象的日益高涨,员工自身既有的公平感受到了前所未有的冲击,企业传统的薪酬制度也受到了新的挑战。通过深入分析“晒工资”对企业薪酬管理产生的积极影响和消极影响,认为企业应从绩效考核、员工职业发展空间、薪酬观念、沟通渠道、薪酬政策、薪酬调整方式、收入分配制度等七个方面进行改革,以制定更加科学合理的薪酬体系。

    Abstract:

    The increasing divulgence of salary has not only impacted employees’ sense of equity unprecedentedly, but also challenged the traditional salary system. This paper analyzed the positive and negative influence of the divulgence of salary on business management, and indicated that the enterprise should take measures from seven aspects: performance appraisal, employee career development, the concept of salary, communication channels and salary system to set up a more scientific , rational salary system,rejusting mode of salary and income distribution system.
