Abstract:The increasing divulgence of salary has not only impacted employees’ sense of equity unprecedentedly, but also challenged the traditional salary system. This paper analyzed the positive and negative influence of the divulgence of salary on business management, and indicated that the enterprise should take measures from seven aspects: performance appraisal, employee career development, the concept of salary, communication channels and salary system to set up a more scientific , rational salary system,rejusting mode of salary and income distribution system.
