IMF could not provide effective assistance for its members to help their economic recovery so that the members ask for IMF reform to fit for new international environment. The issue for IMF reform has been clearly put forward on G20 Summit in April of 2009. Now, IMF has made a series of measures for self reform, including agile loan amount, issuing bonds and so on. IMF uses self reform to help its members prevent current crisis and plays an important role in world economy.
