Since 2008, international financial crisis rapidly spread, European and US markets shrink, the enterprises become bankruptcy, China’s export industries are seriously affected, as a result, it is necessary to consolidate export management. According to the requirement of international situation, international trade practice course of local colleges should not only add related new knowledge of UCP600, INCOTERMS2000 and electronic business or only add new methods for consolidating practical ability training. We must reexamine our cultivation objective of international trade talents, add management factors to international trade practice course from the angle of cultivating export management talents and enhance the teaching in the aspects of ideas, methods and skills of export and import management.
