Recently, that Wang Jiajun assumed the identity of another person was exposed in media, whose case aroused public attention of various circles. The power corruption behind the colour of title becomes the target of public attacks. However, Wang Jiajun case is only something extremely rare in educational system corruption cases, what we should think is that why the legal supervision on the corruption becomes weak again and again. In the face of power or money, all system design can not withstand a single blow or other reasons exist. Where is the legal supervision system behind college entrance examination? What is the reason for the weak system? Whether is it worth rethinking on using power to restrict the power? Does a more effective power restriction mechanism exist? These are main issues discussed in this paper.
