Abstract:More and more hot research contents appear in modern management field, such as supply chain synergy, strategy synergy, corporate culture synergy, technological innovation synergy, commercial affair synergy, current materials synergy, and organization synergy. This paper divides synergy view into three stages according to historical gradual progress logic; the three stages are cooperationcoordination synergy. It focuses on analysis of each stage of research content to better guide synergy in the field of management application and practice and recognize the new tendency of synergy development in management field.
