Hightech enterprise played an important role in the process of creating an innovationoriented country. This paper proceeds with the definition of the hightech enterprise, and endeavores to analyze the characteristics of the hightech enterprise that innovation is the driving force in the aspect of organizational strategy, market fitness is oriented in the organizational structure, forgingahead is the guide to the organizational culture, the intellectual plus the human capital is the core of the organizational resources. Finally, the paper gives the countermeasures based on these characteristics.
