Abstract:The subculture of the teachers group of higher learning institutions has special penetration and infectivity and can transmit at rapid speed on campus. The informal spirit factors of its behavioral principle and value outlook may be consistent with Threeemphasis construction, may spread in informal teams of each level of the whole school and may penetrate in each educational activity of the school. The bigger the integration between the subculture and core value is, the bigger the attractive, condensing and incentive force of the school is, the higher the identification degree of the teacher psychology on the school is, the stronger the dependence degree of the teachers on the school is, the stronger the condensing and incentive force that inner school organizations produced is, thus, the individual member of informal groups has strong sense of belonging, pride and adhering sense on the formal organizations of the higher learning institutions.
