    摘要:

    思想政治教育的天职就是做人的工作,旨在培养人们认识世界、改造世界的主体性和主体性活动。因此受教育者不是消极被动的被改造对象,而是有着自己兴趣、爱好、需要、价值追求的具有能动性的主体。而且市场经济的发展唤醒了人们的主体意识,还增强了人们的主体能力,他们不再单纯的接受和内化教育者所提出的观点,而喜欢用一种批判的眼光来审视时代的变化。因此更应该坚持“以人为本”原则,并结合人的需要根据社会发展要求,培养具有自主性、能动性、创造性的现实主体。

    Abstract:

    The gist of ideological and political education is to solve ideological problems of persons and aims to cultivate peoples subjectivity activities to recognize the world and change the world. Thus, the educated persons are not passive to be changed but are the subjects who have self-interests, loving, demand, and value pursuit. With the development of market economy, the subject consciousness is weaken and the active ability of persons is increased, the persons are not purely accepting and internalizing the ideas of educators but are enjoying using critic judge to see the change of the world. Therefore, we should be more to stick to human-based principle and cultivate real subjectivity with autonomy, initiative and creation in combination of the demand of persons according to the demand of social development.
