The liberty of the press is the fundamental political freedom and right which citizens should have within the scope prescribed by the constitution and law. Citizens should have the freedom to truly express his or her thoughts in their publications which are fully protected by the laws. The use of the liberty of the press by citizens is not absolute and unlimited but is relative and limited and must be in accordance with the laws.
