The function of criminal adjudication tribunals in overall urban-rural comprehensive reform test is to protect and provide stable reform and development environment, to control reform risk, to lower reform cost and to provide reasonable condition for reform test. In order to realize above functions, the measures from macro and micro level should be taken to deal with duty crime, peasant-worker crime, teenage crime, group crime, land crime, environment crime, resources crime and financial crime.
