    摘要:

    爆炸物是具有巨大杀伤力的危险品,对非法储存爆炸物这样的具有社会危害性的行为,立法界与司法界却存在着相当的摇摆与混乱,并严重地影响了社会治安状况和司法实践工作。

    Abstract:

    Explosive material is dangerous to social security and illegal storage of this hazardous material harms the society.Legislative and judiciary departments are so weak and feeble and even in chaos,which influence social security and judiciary practice negatively.
