The number of rural population in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic zone is large, the contradictions between rural and urban are Obvious, if the large amount of rural surplus labor can't get transferred sufficiently and rationally, can it not only cause a large number of idle labor resources, but also affect Socio-economic' s development in harmony and stability. Statistical result of the rural surplus labor will directly relate to the movement of labor, the rise of farmers' s income, as well as the “three agriculture ” problems' s solving. This paper respectively adopt the Methods of experienced and the Social average labor productivity's estimation to infer the number of rural surplus labor in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic zone, Combining this two methods can reflect the results in this zone .more objectively.
