Therefore, it is an abnormal harmonious society, lacking animation and sustain constrastly, the modern law-sovering harmonious society is, as the name called ,built up on market economy and guaranteed by law ,which encourages the society to go on the track of sound progress and sustainable development. And the socialist legal harmonious society is a completely, new society which is constructed under the micro-circumstance of modern law-sovering harmony and it is a more advanced social formation of the previous harmonious society.
