Development is a unification of continuity and stages. President Hu jin-tao expressed “developing socialism with chinese characteristics”instead of “consrructing socialism with chinese characteristics ”as we usually mentioned on the 17th Report of Chinese Communist Party. This changing shows that our mission of improving socialism with chinese characteristics comes to a new stage. Developing Chinese characteristic socialism is to promote constructing characteristic socialism rather than a negation of it;Meanwhile,we intend to outstanding the importance of development in constructing,and to construct better in developing chinese characteristic socialism.
