After analyzing the new situation, new task, new difficulties, and new challenge in ideological and political education and management of college students in colleges and universities, this paper points out the problems in the construction of instructor team in colleges and universities and gives corresponding suggestions for enhancing instructor team construction in the perspective of ideological focus, entry mechanism, examination, praise and punishment, training and elimination competition, and guaranteed funds and so on.
