Abstract:The liquor business in BaShu Area, which is best known, has a long history. Prosperous liquor business in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty, can be reflected by the following three aspects:First of all, there were many main areas which produced liquor ,as well as liquor’s varieties, and their regional distribution in accordance with its economic situation then; Secondly, the area produced a variety of yellow rice liquor and confected liquor, which features as age-old, full-bodied, fragrant, and so on;Last, liquorshops spreaded all over, and feast was very common in the area. The liquor business prosperity in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty have laid a solid foundation for the present local distinctive wines.
