Lawful aid is an important task for protecting legal rights of weak social group. In the process of urbanization, the land-lost peasants obtain relatively reasonable compensation, however, the protection of the legal rights of the peasants is not enough and the peasants can not obtain all-round protection by laws, thus, there are some problems in lawful aid to the protection of legal rights of land-lost peasants and the corresponding measures should be made.
