科学发展观是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的中央领导集体在探索社会主义现代化建设中的重大理论创新。十六大以来,经过建设中国特色社会主义事业的伟大实践,党的十七大对于科学发展观及其理论体系又有了更加深刻、全面的科学认识,从而对科学发展观也有了更加准确的历史定位。

Abstract:

Scientific development outlook is an important theoretical innovation of Chinese Communist Central Committee led by General Secretary Hu Jintao in exploring socialism modernization construction.Since the 16th CCCPC,after the great practice of socialism cause construction with Chinese characteristics,the 17th CCCPC has deeper and more profound understanding of scientific development outlook and its theoretical system so that scientific development outlook has more accurate historic definition.
