我国高等教育已经进入大众化阶段,对教育公平的关注集中体现在受教育者接受什么样的高等教育、如何接受高等教育等教育过程之中,学分制教育管理制度能够保证受教育者学业及行为得到公正的评价,是实现教育过程公平的较好途径.其成功关键在于对学生自主选择的引导和教学资源的优化.
