伴随着我国工业化和城市化水平的进一步提高,农业富余劳动力逐步在向非农产业转移,同时,农村劳动力在向城市转移。在这样的大背景下,农村教育投入不仅关系到农村劳动力素质,而且关系到农业产业发展以及农村经济结构转变。
