Abstract:At present,there are problems in teacher resources management of higher learning institu- tions in the west part of China such as non—standardized method for bringing in talents,incomplete inner mechanism for using the talents,unreasonable income distribution mechanism,incomplete per- formance evaluation mechanism,weak incentive mechanism implementation and so on.These prob- lems result from remote geological location,relatively backward economic development,weak school—run basis and so on and mainly result from incomplete inner management mechanism and backward management ideas of the higher learning institutions in the west part of China.Thus,only by setting up modern teacher resources management idea,further deepening human resources system reform, and enhancing teacher resources management,can the higher learning institutions in the west part of China better bring in and keep the talents to meet the demand of rapid development of higher educa- tion.
