This paper analyzes the acceptance of foreign concepts by the target culture from the macro- scopic view and finds that the acceptance of foreign concepts by the target culture is continuous from the macroscopic view as well as non—continuous from the microscopic view.Then the paper offers an amendment to the Mechanism for the Acceptance of Foreign Concepts by the Target Culture initiated by Doctor Wang Dongfeng so that the new mechan:sm adds regulator system to cultural approval mechanism hypothesis and is capable of explaining not only the cultural acceptance of an individual foreign concept by the target culture but also the continuous cultural acceptance of foreign concepts so as to present a dynamic hologram for the acceptance of foreign concepts by target culture.
