The communication of human beings includes verbal communication and non—verbal com- munication,and non—verbal communication means all communication behaviors except verbal behav- iors.Verbal behaviors and non—verbal behaviors co—form the whole process of communication, however,non—verbal behaviors play an important role in the process of verbal communication.Only by observing and analyzing the intrinsic behavioral mode of verbal communicators and natural environ- ment of verbal communication as well as verbal information from all kinds of non—verbal behaviors, can the effect of verbal communication be practically promoted.
