Abstract:Sexism on employment becomes the barriers for women to realize equal rights of labor,pol- itics and others.This article analyses the phenomenon and causes of the sexism,introduces the legis- lation in the developed countries on anti—sexism in employment,exposes the defects in the related laws and regulations of China,and puts forward that the conception and the standard for defining sex- ism on employment should be made in China's legislation and that China should make corresponding le- gal responsibility system,and relief and prevention measures.
