    摘要:

    就业性别歧视,成为女性实现劳动权利、政治权利以及其他平等权利的障碍。分析我国就业性别歧视的现象和成因,借鉴了发达国家反就业歧视法的立法,透视出我国在相关法律制度上的缺陷,提出立法应当界定就业性别歧视的概念、认定标准,制定相关的法律责任和救济保障措施。

    Abstract:

    Sexism on employment becomes the barriers for women to realize equal rights of labor,pol- itics and others.This article analyses the phenomenon and causes of the sexism,introduces the legis- lation in the developed countries on anti—sexism in employment,exposes the defects in the related laws and regulations of China,and puts forward that the conception and the standard for defining sex- ism on employment should be made in China's legislation and that China should make corresponding le- gal responsibility system,and relief and prevention measures.
