Based on widely collecting the related materials,this paper briefly describes the research background,necessity,main significance,connotation,character,establishing condition,mechanism construction,basic evaluation,development idea,countermeasure and so on of new—style labor rela- tionship and holds the initial framework of the theoretical system of new—style labor relationship.
