After China's WTO entry,under new situation of deepening economic globalization,based on the analysis of China foreign trade development trends from the increasing trends of China foreign trade in recent years and export structure change,this paper points out foreign trade strategy which developing countries should use,after comparison and analysis of classic comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory,and provides trade strategy and policy which accord with China's re- ality under new situation according to the real situation of China.
