Urban capital force reflects urban financial capacity,human resources capacity and capitalization extent.Capital is important to value creation.This paper uses factor analysis method,selects ten indexes which can reflect capital force level to measure,compare and examine capital force development level of twelve cities in west part of China and analyzes its difference and the reasons for the difference.
