This paper briefly introduces the main content and ideas of property right analysis model in Yoram Barzel's Economic Analysis of Property Right,makes brief analysis of his analysis methods in the book such as Empirical Analysis Method,Analysis Method From the Phenomena to the Essence,Game Analysis Method, Analysis Method From Individual to Generalization and Comparative Analysis Method,finally,makes com- ments on Yoram Barzel's property right analysis model from the angle of his explanation of property rights his understanding of transaction cost and economics analysis methodology.
