高校党的基层党组织建设在国际国内新的形势下面临更多的机遇与挑战。高校院系党总支应在学校党委和行政的领导下,准确定位,进一步明确自身应履行的工作职责和工作重心,围绕学校和院系的中心工作,以改革创新的精神加强党总支的思想建设,组织建设和作风建设,积极发挥党总支在党员、教职工、大学生思想政治教育中的主导作用,确保基层党组织的政治核心作用、保证监督作用的充分发挥。
