摘要:

新时期加强大学生党支部建设是高校党委的重要任务,为落实高校党建工作实现“低年级有党员,高年级有党支部”的目标,根据中央16号文件精神和全国第十二次党建会议精神对高校党建工作面临新情况、新问题、新特点,提出切实加强和改进高校党建工作的新思路、新举措。
