    摘要:

    近年来,随着高校不断扩招,生源质量呈多元化发展趋势,个体差异日益突出。在大学英语教学中,如何针对这一现状既要进行有效的课堂教学,又要给学生提供自主学习、张扬个性的机会,让不同层次的学生都能得到充分的发展,这成为外语教学的重要课题。
