    摘要:

    与我国有相似国情和历史背景的越南,不仅在经济建设中取得了举世瞩目的成就,而且在法制建设领域尤其是经济法制建设领域也取得了巨大的成就。对其经济诉讼法律制度进行研究,不仅可以为我国的经济法制建设提供有益的经验,而且有利于促进中越两国经济文化的交流与合作。
