服务型政府随社会、经济发展对政府公共治理提出的更高要求而产生。当前我国正兴起建设服务型政府的热潮,但在这一过程中存在不少问题和误区。为了避免使服务型政府建设走上偏离目标的道路,需要从政府内外部环境和政策体制等方面采取积极措施。
