及时、稳健地推动金融技术创新在我国已经形成一定的共识,目前在我国金融市场发挥作用的金融创新技术也给我国的金融市场注入了活力,在促进金融市场发展方面起到了不可忽视的作用。但是金融技术创新也遭受到技术风险、制度风险、市场风险的影响,致使创新的步伐和结果不令人满意。因此,如何对这些风险进行衡量和规避成为经济界关注的问题之一。
