    摘要:

    研究在开放经济条件下的人力资源的开发和培养显得十分重要。一支知识结构、职称结构、年龄结构合理、具有相当的学术水平的教师队伍是培养高素质金融人才目标的重要基础。我国计划经济体制下的金融学科教育面临着严峻的挑战,已不能为现代金融业的发展提供适当的人才。
