“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观体现了社会主义价值观的鲜明导向,体现了社会主义基本道德规范的本质要求。时代呼唤社会主义荣辱观,树立社会主义荣辱观是我国社会主义发展新阶段的必然要求。社会主义荣辱观是对科学社会主义价值观的高度概括和发展。社会主义荣辱观为高等院校培养人才提出了新要求。
