    摘要:

    宪法中关于环境保护的规定是环境法和其他相关部门法的立法依据,是人类协调人与环境关系的愿望在各国宪法中的直接体现和反映。我国有必要对现行宪法加以修改和补充,将可持续发展战略,公民的环境权和政府的环境职责加以确认和规定,使得环境的法律保护获得更为直接和具体的宪法依据,也为相关法律部门建立和完善环境立法提供依据。
