摘要:

目前我国各大中小城市都争相设立各类开发区,开发区的建设与发展是我国城市化进程的重要组成部分。但我国现阶段的各类开发区,存在着大量亟待解决的难题。这些难题的解决不仅需要政府相关部门和有关专家的深入研究,并制订出可行性的方案,而更重要的是如何有效地把这些方案切实的执行下去,形成制度化和规范化,使其得到真正的“运行化”,从而提升我国开发区的整体实力和水平。
