审稿作为出刊过程中很重要的一个环节,实行互联网审稿将是必然的发展趋势.因为互联网审稿相比于传统审稿更具优势.但目前要实现互联网审稿,尚存在一些问题.因此,要想尽一切办法,克服一切困难,争取早日实现自动化办刊的目标.
