    合法性是指民众对于现存政治秩序的认同、支持和拥护.合法性对于中国共产党执政具有极为重要的意义."三个代表"是针对当前中国共产党执政面临的合法性威胁所提出的战略对策,是增强中国共产党执政合法性的基础.
