摘要:

依法保护农民权益是全面建设农村小康社会的一个重要方面,因此,加强农民权益保护立法至关重要.当前,农民权益保护立法有了一定的发展,但仍然存在着欠缺和不足.应进一步加快农民政治经济权益保护、农村社会保障、农民工合法权益保护等方面的立法.

Protect peasant rights and interests according to law, is a important aspect of the overall construction rural society of comfortable standard of living, therefore reinforced peasant rights and interests are protected , have the most important legislation
